Creating a Sustainability Report That Builds Brand Trust For The Peek & Cloppenburg Group*
We collaborated with the Peek & Cloppenburg Group* (P&C Group) to publish their first sustainability report, activate it for various internal and external target audiences, and establish a repeatable reporting framework for the future.
The Challenge:
The P&C Group* – one of the largest multi-brand fashion retailers in Europe – wanted to publish a comprehensive report that serves as a single source of truth for its stakeholders and positions their sustainability ambitions and progress as a fashion player contributing to a better future for the industry.
Objectives:
- Positioning: Ensure employees, partners, and consumers understand the P&C Group*’s commitment to sustainability in order to build awareness and attract industry partnerships and talent.
- Conformity: Establish robust processes for data collection, content review, cross-departmental collaboration, and decision-making to ensure comprehensive, high-quality reporting.
- Credibility: Stakeholders demand transparency. The report needed to provide a complete picture of the P&C Group*’s ESG performance and future commitments.
